2003 Southwest Trip: Sedona

Passing through: Sedona

After arriving in Phoenix, we drove toward Grand Canyon National Park. On the way, we passed through Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon.

Though we were just passing through, the passage was certainly pleasant. I would have lingered for days here if I had the time, but we had to reach Grand Canyon by the end of the day. The colorful peaks and mesas left indelible impressions on me.

We made an even quicker passage through Oak Creek Canyon, but this forest in desert country is a beautiful place in its own right. I wish I could go back to these places again one day.
